You can buy tickets for Foodservice & Hospitality Expo only by using this online registration system.

PARTICIPATION TICKETS

All the registration fees include 19% VAT.
• RON 50 – for the representatives of the Horeca facilities.
• RON 200 – for the representatives of the Horeca suppliers and other categories of visitors.

The registration to participate in the event by using the Voucher (100% discount) is accepted only for the representatives of the Horeca facilities.
The participation fees can be paid exclusively online.

Access shall be allowed only based on the unique registration number. Foodservice & Hospitality Expo. The assignment of the unique code is subject to registration on the online platform, and the unique code shall be issued by email in the period 1th – 10th September 2019.

THE REGISTRATION FEE FOR THE PARTICIPANTS INCLUDES:

Accesul in cadrul expozitiei si la toate activitatile cuprinse in programul Foodservice & Hospitality Expo.

Group registration
The companies willing to contract group registrations (more than 10 persons) must send a centralized list with the participants for whom registration is required to office@horecainsight.ro; the list shall be drawn up in a file format type Microsoft Excel..

Cancellations and reimbursements
Cancellation of the registration until 30th August 2019: The cashed participation fee shall be fully reimbursed, less the bank fees. Cancellation of the registration from 1st September 2019: no reimbursements of the participation fee will be made no matter the registration category.
